If you love Cracker Barrel Potato Casserole you'll love this recipe! No leftovers will be found when this is served!

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups shredded jack cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
1 6oz can of french fried onions
1 10.75 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 bag of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (about 4 cups)
5 tablespoons of butter

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. In a 9x13 baking dish spread hash browns and 1/2 can of french fried onions.

3. Next spread jack cheese over the hash brown mixture, then spread the cheddar.

4. Cut the chicken in big strips and lay over cheese.

5. Melt butter and drizzle over chicken and cheese.

6. Mix together the milk and cream of chicken soup and pour evenly over chicken, cheese and potatoes.

7. Bake uncovered for approx 1 hour. Top with remaining onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.
