Want your kids to eat their spinach? Try this taste recipe. Your kids are sure to eat their spinach!

Cacique Mild Quesadilla Jalapeno cheese- 12oz
4-6 slices of White American Cheese
12 oz Evaporated Milk
8 oz Cut Leaf frozen Spinach

Cut the Quesadilla Cheese into slices.

Add to non stick pain on medium heat. Add milk and occasionally stir as the cheese melts.

Once the cheese is about half melted add the spinach.

When all the cheese has melted add the American cheese a few slices at a time. The American cheese will help to thicken you con queso and make it a little milder. Add as much or as little as you want.
