A great pasta recipe with a rich sauce. Serve with a nice salad.

8 oz. SAN GIORGIO Spaghetti, uncooked
1 pack of bacon slices cooked and chopped
1 egg
1 cup (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10-12 mushrooms sliced

Instructions:

In skillet over medium heat fully cook bacon. Move bacon to paper towel to cool.

Reserve 2 tablespoon of bacon fat in pan and sauté mushrooms.

Mix whipping cream, parmesan cheese, and egg. Blend with a whisk.

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

On a low heat place pasta in pan with cream mixture. Add bacon and mushrooms. Constantly stir until all ingredients are hot (be careful not to over cook- this part only requires a few minutes)
